If you selected the option for us to complete and submit Form CD 410 and/or CD 412, we will complete those forms and in 2-3 business days you will receive an email from “Georgia Business Name Publishing”. The email address will be from “noreply@mail.hellosign.com”. Hellosign is the company we use for digital signatures. Open the email and click “Review & Sign”. Follow the steps in Hellosign to digitally sign the form.

We will publish your notice of dissolution with an approved local newspaper in the county of your principal place of business.

Once your legal notice has been published we will email you the legal affidavit for your records (usually 6-8 weeks).
